MAIN GOAL

1. Improve intelligence on profile matching and skills complementarity.

2. Develop, pilot-test and deploy an innovative curriculum and a training toolkit.

3. Support VET providers to employ and build upon the WINd training materials and learning methodologies.

4. Improve cooperation between VET providers and certification bodies through a blueprint for the development of a

recognition scheme based on micro-credentials.

5. Connect energy workers with companies through a career support platform.

-Competency matrices for 7 energy occupational profiles validated by 120 sectoral stakeholders

-Reskilling curriculum (EQF 4) in 6 EU languages

-Open Educational Resources (120 hours)

-Self-guided MOOC and mobile app to promote flexibility

-3 on-site training seminars & 1 pilot session of the online course

-Blueprint for micro-credential recognition scheme development

-Career support platform to connect workers in transition with energy companies

-5 national info days & 1 EU Conference
